Beginner to intermediate level. Max 10 participants.

During this three hour class, you will work with Maria to practice a variety of watercolor techniques to paint a heron. Don't worry! Maria will bring a light box so you can trace the heron and spend the classtime with a focus on painting. 

Watercolor paper will be provided. Please bring your preferred watercolor paints and brushes. Below is a list of required supplies. 

Windsor Newton Cottman watercolors or other quality brands

Brush sizes: large wash brush, size 2, 6, 8, and 16

Water container

Masking tape

Pencil and eraser

Mounting board, 16 x 24" (this can be masonite, foam board or heavy cardboard)
