MAG Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are paid by Buyer and are a separate transaction from a purchase. MAG does not add fees to the shipping cost charged by a third party shipper (USPS, UPS, FedEx). After purchasing an item, Buyer sends an email to info@themadisonartistsguild.org to arrange shipping and provide payment. In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, please send an email to info@themadisonartistsguild.org immediately upon receipt of damaged item. Include your name, email address, phone number, and brief description of the damage. We will respond ASAP and may request photographs.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
MAG does not accept returns or offer exchanges. If there are questions after an item is received, please email info@themadisonartistsguild.org.
