Madison Artists Guild may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. By accessing, browsing or using the site, you accept and agree to, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions and any amendments. Users who violate the terms of this Agreement will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site and any interactive services. Users should check these terms and conditions periodically. By using this Site after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.

Assignment

Severability

If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

Entire agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Madison Artists Guild in relation to your use of the site, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of the site.

Law and jurisdiction


These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Morgan County, Georgia, for the determination of any issue arising under these Terms and Conditions or between you and Madison Artists Guild. You stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceeding in such courts and covenant not to assert any objection to proceeding in such Courts.

Copyrights
The text, images, data, audio and video clips, and other content on the site (“materials”) are protected by copyright and may be covered by other restrictions as well. Madison Artists Guild, and relevant third parties, own and expressly reserve all rights, including copyright, in whole and in part, throughout the world, in the materials on the site. The site, and the materials contained therein, may be used only as set forth in these Terms and Conditions or by obtaining explicit written permission from Madison Artists Guild and/or the relevant copyright or other rights holder. Any unauthorized use or modification of the materials on the site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, contract, and communications regulations and statutes and other applicable laws and is strictly prohibited. Madison Artists Guild expressly reserves all rights and remedies available under such laws, regulations, and statutes.
